Purpose of the Industrial Land Study: Central Otago District Council (CODC) and Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) are undertaking an Industrial Land Study to better understand current and future industrial land needs across both districts.
Who should complete the survey: We are seeking practical input from businesses, landowners, developers, infrastructure providers, industry representatives and other organisations with an interest in industrial land across the two districts. Your input will help inform future industrial land planning and ensure the needs and perspectives of Central Otago industrial stakeholders are understood and reflected in the study.
How the information will be used: All engagement findings will be summarised and reported in an anonymised form, and individual participants and commercially sensitive information will not be attributed without permission. The Property Group (TPG) is working with both councils to gather insights from businesses, landowners, developers, infrastructure providers, and industry representatives.
