Consultation has concluded.

The Central Otago District Council has approved an updated Easter Sunday Local Shop Trading Policy and is now inviting community feedback.

The policy has been in place since January 2017 and a recent review determined that no major changes need to be made. Under the policy shops covered by the Shop Trading Hours Act will continue to be able to trade on Easter Sunday.
