We’re reaching out because in the last eight-months, you have contacted the Central Otago District Council with a service request. We've made improvements to the service request process based on comments from previous surveys. We’re keen to find out about your experience with the Council service request process and help identify where we’re hitting the mark and where there might still be room for improvement.
We know your time is valuable, so this survey will only take five minutes to complete and once completed, your name will go into a draw for a $50 prezzy card.
