A request for proposal (RFP) for design services was released on 24 April via the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS). The RFP relates to the procurement of professional design services for the Design Investigation and Concept Design stages for the new building.

Submissions close on 21 May and a preferred design team is expected to be selected by early June.
